Expectation: The hallmarks of a good sales professional is that they have a combination of both skills and attributes. Good skills helps a person know when and how to use different techniques or strategies to facilitate the needed results. Good attributes are personal charactersitics that underly any experience with other individuals. Sales can be made or broken depending on the integrity, honesty and/or sincerity of the salesperson. We expect you to excel in both these areas. The links below will list the skills and attributes we expect you to increase during your stay. Assessment: As a participant, you will be expected to reach a certain level of functionality in the skills area. You and your coach will determine your progress and skill level together. As far as character is concerned we will help you learn ways to evaluate yourself and ways to work towards greater improvement in this area as well. This factor will be assessed primarily on your own with the coach acting as a guide to help you when you are struggling with change.
