Description of Training Program 

This is a student-directed training course. Your mentor’s role is to facilitate the process in helping you develop and attain your learning goals, while the mentee's role (you!) are expected to develop your learning goals and work to meet them. Your mentor will guide you as you navigate the terrain to learn this new knowledge, and will advise and direct you as much or as little as you decide you need.
