Tools and Resources

These resources, while not a comprehensive list, are some of the tools available for all Metiere employees. Speak to your supervisor if you need assistance locating these materials, or if you need additional tools and resources. In addition, you should visit university web sites for journal articles and books about time management, budgeting, personnel development and so on.

  • The corporate library contains previous proposals and our paper-based products (e.g., reports, fact sheets, training manuals)
  • Electronic web sites and surveys developed for clients
  • The organizational chart lists employees grouped by Principle. Each principle focuses on a primary subject/functional area, but we depend on multi-disciplinary teams to create the best possible products for our clients.
  • Metiere’s hierarchical chart of positions
  • Performance criteria for each job position
