Theory of Statistics PDF file

At almost 1,000 pages, this book is still incomplete. It covers "statistical mathematics" through measure theory (in Chapter 0), then measure-thory-based theory of probability (in Chapters 1 and 2), and then the usual topics in "mathematical statistics".

It has a very extensive index and many internal cross-references, all of which are hyperlinked.

From the email I receive, I think the book is being used by many graduate students around the world.
