Lessons
Learned |
|
- Work
with contingencies; be prepared for unexpected problems, e.g.
cameraman did not show up for assignment, I had to stand in
as one; editing took longer time than planned, had to re-schedule
other events to facilitate completion
of project.
- Ensure
effective communication among team members. Miscommunication
or the lack of communication can result in unnecessary delay
and misunderstandings.
- Motivation
is important. Although most team members do not have prior
video production experience, encouragement and support from
faculty and fellow team members promoted cooperation and helped
the team overcome obstacles.
