Portfolio Requirements
Home | Learning Goals | Journals | Training Group | Group Rubric | Standardized Rubric | Portfolio | Presentation

You will create a portfolio that demonstrates achievement of your self-selected learning goals. The portfolio should consist of products and critical incidences that demonstrate your competence as a consultant.

The narrative accompanying your portfolio should articulate why each product and critical incident is demonstrative of your learning goal(s), and the learning goal that the example reflects. The end of your narrative should include a summary of your strengths, as well as areas where you need additional improvement. Finally, you should include a section of goals for the next six months, one year and five years.

Be sure to include a list of your learning goals with your narrative, along with your evaluation rubric.

The portfolio is due to your mentor two weeks prior to your presentation to the group. Simultaneously, you will need to prepare a short presentation to demonstrate to your training group the achievement of your learning goals. (See the Portfolio Presentation Requirements for guidelines.)
