Home | Learning Goals | Journals | Training Group | Group Rubric | Standardized Rubric | Portfolio | Presentation

You may want to include in your rubric scaled items from a lower level to a higher level of participation. The rubric should not simply assess how frequently you speak up, but also the significance of contributions during group discussions.

At the higher level you may include behavioral anchors such as helping other members resolve misconceptions, helping to clarity points, performing additional research to help other group members, communicate effectively with group members such that they are able to learn from you, etc. While at the lower level, you may include items such as contributions are moderate and sporadic, displays a low level of interest, etc. See your mentor to obtain additional assistance if needed.
