"Bollywood Evolving" The Indian Hindi film industry, more popularly known as Bollywood, has been evolving in many different ways. One of the most important changes that needs to be noted is the change in plot problems. Bollywood has always been famous for their family-based, feel-good, romantic films. However, as time progresses, it seems that films are changing too. The concept of family is diminshing from Bollywood films. One of the factors for this change may be the changes in society that are happening. To express my thoughts I compare and contrast two very famous films, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995) and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (2013). Whether you are familiar with Bollywood or not, this paper will surely point trends out from the industry that you previously never would have thought about.
