These documents map the pre-shooting, the shooting and the editing of The Body Museum. By pre-planning, circulating information early, and establishing systematic procedures for handling tapes, we should maximize creative time on shooting days, and minimize misinformation, lengthy delays on set or on location and lost material. Don't rely on the spoken word, a message left on an answering machine or an e-mail message. Make sure each member of the production team has all the documents s/he requires as far in advance as possible (and certainly much earlier than the night before shooting).
