Career Goal

My ultimate career goal is to become an Instructional Technology Instructor in my home country and pioneer design-based research and educational programs.

With all the knowledge and practice I gained from my Master’s degree, I became a Resource Development Coordinator at the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP). There, I am responsible for redesigning and maintaining the OSP website and providing training for faculty and staff. To redesign the website, I applied the ADDIE model and conducted needs, task, and competitive analysis. I also utilized some user experience research methods, which provided me with deep insight about users' needs.

This job opportunity is my first milestone in the field of instructional design.
