Flaming Ham Steak with Potatoes Au Graten and Broccoli

So I finally got the chance to make my "Flaming Ham Steak" that is oh so good. You can't see the flame here (because it's not lit), but it looks awesome. I'm told it tasted really good also. The sauce is a brown sugar, mustard, lemon sauce. The sauce is really what makes it. I also used old brandy to add the fire. It was an awesome night!
