Pork Lo Mein Stir Fry

This time I tried to make Chinese Lo Mein. It didn't turn out how I had wanted, but it was still tasty. Next time I make it, I need to add stuff like celery and sprouts.

Mac & Cheese, Hot Dog, and Broccoli

Sure, anyone can make Mac & Cheese, or a Hot Dog, or Broccoli. But how many can make all three at once? Ok, maybe most people. But still, I thought it was a nice combination. It was tasty.

Breakfast! Bacon, Ham, and Cheese Omelet

This morning I was up early and wanted a quick breakfast. I usually don't post my breakfasts because they aren't that good looking (but they do taste good), but this one turned out really good. In making it, I cooked some bacon (which was actually precooked), cut up some ham and replaced the finished bacon with it and some butter. Then, scrambled three eggs and added them when the ham was nicely done, and added the bacon crumbled into pieces. After adding the cheese at the right moment, I folded it. It turned out to be a nice start to a long day.

Breaded Fried Chicken in Noodles

Tonight was time for an experiment. I put a chicken breast in some flower, and put it in some heated oil. It fried up pretty quick. More leftover noodles, also. That is that last of them though. Next thing will be something new. I think I need more vegetables.

More Pork with Noodles and Broccoli

I made pork with noodles again. This time I put some spices on the pork (and BBQ sauce, of course). Also, I used more parmasian on the noodles; you can never have enough cheese. Broccoli was also made to balence the meal more. Add a cold glass of milk and it makes for a tasty meal. I like how this picture looks.

Pork with Buttered Egg Noodles

Haven't cooked in a few days. Tonight, I made Pork. To season it I used (hush... it's a secret) "pork magic" and simply cooked it in some oil. The noodles are "No-Yolk" noodles with butter and Parmesan on top. I also put that awesome Bar-Be-Que sauce on the pork. Good, simple meal.

Teriyaki Pork, with more Cheesy Vegitables

Today I decided to have a early 'dinner' or late lunch. I went to the store and baught some Pork (among other things) and pan fried it in Teriyaki sauce (Kikkoman, only the best). I also made some more cheesy vegitables (don't know why I decided to buy so many). I cooked the pork on a little too much heat, but it seems the only effect was to make the Teriyaki sause more potent. Overall, it was a good meal.
