It tells of the struggle between data protection and legislation that should be made to protect the people. Additionally, it explains that legislation and laws the govern data privacy/protection depend on where one is--either the US, Europe, Asia Africa, and etc. Lastly, the legal and ethical issues are related to the background because there is a need to highlight what is going on behind the scenes with more and more scams and hackers that are diving into social media platforms, large companies, and consumers of the general public.

This is the video that was made by me and was posted on youtube from the initial assignments in lab. The video talks about how IT security is an important issue when it comes to data protection and privacy in all walks of life --even in the healthcare industry. This video is used for the website project on the third content page under legal issues. Legal issues arise when information is stolen, especially in healthcare environments where a lot of personal information is used and required. Legal legislation has not yet become a part of the society and if it were to develop anywhere is should start with healthcare industries because a lot of personal information is used and even already protected by HIPAA. Lastly, the video cites the further website links below; it mentions the wikipedia and the blog that I made in lab during the beginning of the semester.
