1. Conduct a thorough formative evaluation.
2. Analyze data gathered during the formative evaluation and determine how to redesign the system while focusing
on the project goals, organizational goals, client demands, and user needs.
3. Conduct usability testing using set protocols and collecting data (observations, questionnaires, and responses from debriefing questions) that measure usability goals.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and programmers about the design and redesign of the system.
5. Function successfully as a group, evidenced by each member fulfilling her role and completing individual tasks.
6. Demonstrate professionalism through effective collaborations and producing quality work.
