Shaughnessy Meadery is owned and operated by Jack Shaughnessy.
Jack Shaughnessy first began making mead in 2015, having been introduced to home brewing of mead by his father-in-law, a casual, occasional home mead maker. A friendly competition between the two launched Jack's passion for mead; soon, every spare moment of Jack's time was spent researching, networking, and experimenting with different mead recipes and techniques.
Now, Jack has expanded his personal mission beyond just creating excellent meads to sharing the world of mead with others. Shaughnessy Meadery aims to provide an experience that welcomes and appeals to both seasoned and first-time mead drinkers.
