ICT Readiness of Egypt
A Pressing Need
Egypt has telecommunication companies and services. Their main problem for the ICT sector to develop is the country’s poor infrastructure. There are many cities in Egypt with DSL access or higher, however the percentage of land these cities are located in account for less than 25% of the nation’s total territory. The Egyptian government needs to change that small number.
