Director, A Celebration of Teaching: A Conference for High School Students Aspiring to Become Students, each Spring 1996 - 2002. A Partnership between George Mason University and surrounding school divisions to promote diversity recruitment in the teaching force. Organized and led conference held on GMU campus each April. Total conference attendance: approximately 325 students and adult sponsors each year.
