The Mayor's Scheduling Office

The Scheduling Office handles all requests to see Mayor Smith.

To invite the Mayor to your event or to request a meeting, you must please fill out a Request Form and mail or fax it to the Scheduling Office. Once the form reaches the Scheduling Office, one of the office staff will review the form and respond via telephone to let you know if Mayor John Smith will be able to attend.
