  • Share information and experiences about refugees from an anthropological perspective
  • Plan a broad range of sessions and activities for the annual anthropology meetings in Washington, D.C.
  • Attempt to forge better connections across the academic, applied, and practitioner trajectories of anthropology
  • Broaden the exposure of refugee issues in anthropology, especially through Anthropology News
  • Bring the anthropological experience with refugees to the general public
