Attached HERE is a rough list of refugee-focused sessions at the AAA in Washington. There are also many fine individual papers on refugees and, of course, a vast number of papers on other aspects of human mobility. But this will give you a backbone schedule.

Note especially the CORI meeting on Saturday at 12:15. That is a chance to talk especially about sessions for the next year and future publication plans -- i.e., some kind of follow-up volume to this year's Maintaining Refuge which will be out shortly (we will send the link). There are also some organizational issues so we hope you can be there.

Usual best regards,

David Haines, Co-President, Association for the Anthropology of Policy (ASAP)
Jayne Howell, President, Society for Urban, National, and Transnational/Global Anthropology (SUNTA)
Fethi Keles, Interim Chair, Committee on Refugees and Immigrants (CORI)

Other conference notifications are welcome. Send them to anthofrefugees@gmail.com.
