Evolve
My journey to the doctorate has also enabled me to evolve from a technology Luddite to an avid enthusiast of the benefits of technology, particularly as an enabler of learning. Although my work at a software company provided me with valuable insights and education about the benefits of technology, my coursework in the School of Engineering at George Mason University gave me depth, not to mention some skill, in using technology. I may have struggled through math and science in high school, but I had the time of my life delving into the world of Information Systems. Luddite no more, I have become a true believer in technology in the service of learning. |
