George Mason University: MS Thesis September 2015-December 2017
- Topic: Using the Variance and Probability of Missed detection as a routing vector, in a Poison Distributed antenna system, to improve latency and robustness in 5G mmWave mobile networks.
- Implemented a Poisson distributed algorithm in MATLAB to simulate a mmWave system, to prove our system is a viable candidate that could one day be used in high speed 5G cellular networks. Results show a significant decrease in the number of handoffs which reduces overall latency.
- Simulated the handoff criteria in NS3 software using C++ and evaluated our system against the LENA 4G LTE Project. Results show decrease in packet delay and jitter.
George Mason University: Graduate Teaching Assistant August 2016-July 2017
- Instructed 100+ students in two lab sections, held quizzes and exams for them.
- Graded students' lab work, projects and held office hours to assist them in their final projects.
Intec Infonet Pvt Ltd: Intern May 2016-August 2016
- Performed a site-survey to make a comprehensive list of devices required for proposed project
- Created the network structure for the upgraded system using Vlans, a proper IP subnet system based on location and usage.
- Implemented the MAC filters in the new L3 manageable and the old L2 switches deployed on site.
Tata Institute of Social Sciences - Research Associate January 2015-August 2015
