Aims & Objectives. This assignment will help you to more effectively integrate information technology skills into your everyday work through the creation of an “essay” in which an argument or perspective on an issue in contemporary public or international affairs is developed, presented, and supported in an hypertext and/or multimedia environment. The skills acquired will conform to the University’s IT Proficiency Goals and will count towards fulfillment of the university-wide general education requirement in IT.
