 Welcome to Phinehas's Habesha Restaurant ! In our restaurant,  we hope to serve you and other customers a taste of not just the Ethiopian culture, but a taste of what it is like to be in Ethiopia, we have many traditional foods and drinks that each one of you will enjoy to the fullest !       

Our waiters are a cut above the others. Each one specializes in knowledge about each food and drink item and will do their absolute best in ensuring the customer can select the best meal and leave with there cravings satisfied. They speak the language, understand the food, customs and traditions and have a personal, intimate connection with every customerthat you rarely find in other restaurants.

BELOW ARE OUR SPECIAL TRADITIONAL DISHES 

Kitfo 

 A dish which developed in the Ethiopia Gurage region, consisting of minced raw beef, marinated in a traditional spice known as mitmita.   

Doro Wot  

An onion based  chicken stew that is primarily made during all celebrations. Very popular dish in celebratory times.  

Shiro 

A popular vegetarian option, it's a thick chickpea stew simmered slowly, and served with the traditional flatbread called injera.
