Designing a web page? Excuse me, what?

Now don't fret, this is fun I promise. This is the part where you get to design every inch of your site. Using your CSS page, you have the chance to determine your background color, text color, font size, font type, etc. Every part of your site is entirely up to you, and you alone. You're also able to use photo-editing applications such as Photoshop or GIMP to enhance your design.

Photoshop

You can use photo-editing applications to enhance the images on your site. You can personalize banners, background images, your own images, etc. Once you finish editing thought, you need to save the image as a JPEG (.jpg) or a GIF (.gif). My header for example was simply an image pulled off Google and edited through GIMP.
