Mentors and Apprentices modeling of project management and team leadership skills--from planning to implementation--are captured on video. These video models are viewed and discussed in the learning meetings and within this e-learning environment. The filming occurs both in live team meetings and role-played practices.

These real-world models add to a growing archive of effective learning models.

Video Model Categories

1. Modeling by a mentor with his/her text comments on rationale and approach.
2. Modeling by a mentor with text questions to apprentices.
3. Modeling by an apprentice being guided by a mentor with text comments or questions from both the apprentice and the mentor.
4. Modeling by an apprentice being observed by an expert with text comments from the apprentice.
