Our Japanese Program, being part of George Mason University that is reputed to be a progressive, innovative institution of higher learning, is committed to expanding its horizons to offer educational, cultural, and fun opportunities to students seeking to broaden their worldviews through the study of the Japanese language and other aspects of Japan.

News

Ten students participated in 2009 Summer Study Abroad in Osaka, Japan from May 29 through June 27. All completed an intensive Japanese language program at Momoyama Gakuin University.

Huge Success in 2009 Japanese Play “the Magic Fan,” performed in the Japan Bowl (Chevy Chase, MD, April 2), the Polyglot Performances (Mason Harris Theater, April 6), and the Asian pacific Heritage Month (Mason Dewberry Hall, May 16).
