I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) at George Mason University. Prior to joining Mason in Fall 2023, I was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Stevens Institute of Technology from Fall 2022. Before that, I completed my Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science, George Mason University where I worked with Professor Dr. Amarda Shehu at Computational Biology Lab on Unsupervised Learning techniques in the domain of Structural Bioinformatics. My research was supported by NSF, NCI, NIH & DOE. Besides, I was a Research Fellow at Los Alamos National Laboratory in 2020-21.
