The Second Civil War was the first of the three Holy Wars.
It began in 1996, when Ohio and Indiana declared war on Michigan.
They believed they had a claim to Matthew Lillard's hometown of Lansing, Michigan.
Eventually, the entire east coast of the United States declared war on Michigan.
Michigan was forced to ally with the Atheists in Canada who had no religious claim to the territory.
Michigan lost, and the eastern states formed a new federation in defiance of Canada and the western states.
Followed by The Second Cold War.
