This article is published by the magazine Information Economics and Policy. It provides charts and graphs with relevant information on each. The sources are cited at the end so I know the information is valid. The authors are from the Swiss Economic Institute and the University of Aegean, Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering. The article was helpful because it provided information not only from the U.S., but from Greece and Switzerland as well. It gave a thorough understanding of how information and communication technology is used.

This was a short article, but provided good statistics for the information. Not only did the author cite the sources within, but he or she also gave a link where more statistical information could be found.

This is a periodical article that was backed with a lot of research. It explained everything in great detail and was structured to give both pros and cons to information technology. The article was not bias at all. It explained in detail each part of information technology and how different virtual teams were formed, performed tasks, and evaluated.

This article has a very credible author from the School of Library and Information Science at Indiana University. It was structured well and was very clear. Once again, the article focused on both pros and cons of the global information technology and was not bias. The focus was on two main points which made the article concise. It had a lot of good information about how technology is used on the global teams.

The authors of this journal are from the University of Texas at Austin. It is a research article that uses a hypothesis and analyzes information found. The sources for their information are cited within the paper. The article goes into detail about their participants in the research and the procedure they went through to achieve their results. The information provided is backed up with sources very well.

This website is published by Harvard. It goes into detail about what exactly information technology is and how it is used. Some of the information is posted in a nice chart that makes it clear and easy to read. The article lists off several ways information technology is used and is credible because it is from an accredited university.
