4:45 Introduction of new student Kevin McDonald We have received permission from the U.S. Navy to use the ship in scenes of our production. We must not use the ship or the Navy in a derogatory way. Meeting within our groups Reconvened at 6:52pm Collected one page reports and recorded them. We will be planning a trip to the ship very very soon. We need at least the Producers, Director, One Writer, Set Design, and Videographers Producers' Notes: At each Production Meetings, all group progress pages are to be turned in. It is imperative that groups communicate with one another. Please make sure that the Location Manager, Videographers, Costume, Art Directors, Set Designers, and Props are all meeting with one another. Scribe Notes: Please sign the attendance sheet that is passed around class; this is how you are marked for being present! Production Notes from 2/4/99, contact sheets and new attendance sheets will be used and passed out on February 11, 1999 All forms documents, minutes, attendance sheets, etc. should be turned into Zavin to be entered into the files.
