4:56pm Production Meeting begins

The first of two signatures needed to receive our $2000 budget was attained.

There was a concern for group cohesiveness. Remember Communication is Key! All areas effect all other areas. We are all important! Each group is looking for ideas. Good, Bad, and Different. Use each other's schedules wisely. Make goals and deadlines; others depend upon you.

The final class list and attendance sheet is to be passed out on Tuesday. There is a need for CPUs, computer equipment, places to shoot, and two Panasonic 456 cameras. Suggestion was to ask and use the Black Box.

5:10 Move to group reports

Writers - They broke down thee story scene by scene. They took suggestions and made an outline of their progress. Next, they plan to decide what they can drop or keep from the story. They plan to KISS (Keep it Simple, Silly)

Actors - They have decided meeting times and flexible schedules.

Set Design, Props, Special Effects, and Costume - They have come up with ideas. They decided not to go with a shiny background after meeting and getting the Directors' concepts. They would like the class to collect two-liter bottles for props. They are now working on their timeline, schedules, new ideas, aged costumes, and character development.

Editors and Special Effects - They plan to set up a meeting with the videographers to test Blue Screen Effects. They also plan to work on the animation for the film. They will work on transitional stages between film and digital film.

5:20pm Location Manager - Working on getting a ship update.

Contract will be done on Tuesday.
