What a trip! Thank you to Nashville and the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation
for hosting such a wonderful conference. This is the only time where pulmonary
intrests from the clinic, lab, and patient community get together in one place
to discuss the status and progress of the IPF field. We learned so much and were
touched to meet the patients who fight this terrible disease each day. It is a truly special
experience for all of our lab. Our three amazing undergrdaduates: Luc Tran, Bilal Aljeburry,
and Rebecca Beuschel all shared their research with the community and got amazing feedback. The
trip was not all work though! There was some time to see the city and enjoy the balance between
work and relaxation. Special shoutout to Drew Venuto for teaching us how to climb bridges!
