NCLC 120: The Natural World

Spring 2009, New Century College, George Mason University

Introductory Statement:
"Science is a very complex word. We can learn from our past, and we can plan for the future, but the present is what counts most in science because it is when we are learning. Right now, we need to strengthen our scientific intelligence and really explore our imaginations. Always ask questions because you don't always know what the answer is, or whether or not there even is an answer." ~Patricia Muench~

NCLC 120 was a course that explored and discovered certain aspects about evolution throughout the creation of the earth we live on today. At the end of this course, we have been able to form our own opinions about science, while believing only what we want to believe in. Some questions will always be left unanswered because there just is no answer, but it never hurts to keep on questioning. We will be the future of tomorrow, and that is exactly what NCLC 120 taught us.
