about us

Rowling County Public Library first open it's doors to the public on May 2, 1998. The library's beautiful architecture was designed by husband-wife design team Tammy and Reggie Tonks who were commissioned by the county board of advisors. In 2000, James Lupin donated the amazing sculpture that now rests near the front doors of the library. Since its opening, RCPL has been a great place for both adult and children to relax and get lost in a book.
