Team Norms

Team Behavior We will acknowledge teammates work, efforts and ideas. We will attribute original products accordingly.

We will check email and telephone messages regularly. We will reply to messages in a timely manner and follow email protocol in online communication.
Weekly Team Meetings We will strive for concerns in major decision so that we have buy-in from each member.
When consensus cannot be reached, the issue will be decided by a majority vote.

We will attend all meetings. When unable to attend, we will contact the Facilitator and/or other team members as soon as possible.

We will begin and end meetings on time.
Work Ethic We will be dependable, meet deadlines, follow through with tasks, complete tasks on time and attend group meetings consistently. A request for assistance will be responded to by team members.

In electronic and hard copy documents, we will apply established rules of spelling and grammar.
Administrative After each meeting with subject matter experts and other clients, the appropriate T/TAC team member(s) will send a thank you acknowledgement within 24 hours. It is preferable that the acknowledgement be handwritten. If the address cannot be obtained in a timely manner, a preliminary email thank you will be sent.
Team Interaction We will actively participate and listen in team meetings.

We will provide constructive criticism and feedback to team members.

We will address problems and concerns directly with each other.

We will respond to each posting or message from a team member within 24 hours or as promptly as possible before the next team meeting.

We are a team of diverse individuals. We will respect each other?s feelings, ideas, work and time.

We will remember to have a good experience in the Immersion program: to learn, take pleasures in taking risks, relax and enjoy time together.
