Aala'a Mashaal, Information Manager, has a background in information technology. She has experience as a teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools and a technical trainer.
Pamela Sharpe, Meeting Facilitator, has six years of experience in training and development. She has earned certificates in human performance improvement and training from ASTD.
Tim Smith, Project Manager, has 15 years of management experience in the service industry that includes employee coaching, marketing, and community relations. He assisted in developing a Community of Practice (CoP) for teachers in the K-12 field.
Maria Washington, Public Relations Manager, has 12 years experience in non-profit administration. Her background is in graphic design and political science.
