Project Vision

Developing an effective data-driven training strategy for mine supervisors.

 

Project Mission

The goal of this research is to transition the Job Task Analysis (JTA) developed by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) in cooperation with the U.S. Navy, into an innovative and effective training strategy for coal mine supervisors in order to improve current mine supervisory training.
