Further Required Research

Further research is required as to the effect it will have on the market as we move ahead in the portability of the internet and how it relates to accessibility of the stock market. With mobile cell phones being more and more like mobile computers, the internet, and more importantly, the stock market is more accessible than ever before. Programs like E-Trade Mobile (E-Trade Financial) offering up to the second trades and stock quotes, making the market even faster paced.

The speed of the market can only be expected to increase. By speed I mean the number of trades per day. Unfortunately with the advances in the internet, the ratio of amateurs to professionals entering the market is now increasing dramatically. This could potentially cause more problems, or more benefits and we will not know without further research.
