-This source was mainly used to provide information on what the newest version of CHAT GPT 4.0 will be able to accomplish. It provided information for what exactly it is aiming to do while providing examples for how much better it will be than the current version. CHAT GPT 4.0 promises to be up to 40% smarter while adding more multimodule approaches to interactions.

Nolan, B. (2023, January 16). Two professors who say they caught students cheating on essays with ChatGPT explain why AI plagiarism can be hard to prove. -This article provided examples of how students began to get caught using CHAT GPT only a few weeks after its initial release. It further proves the point I made in the article that this program can cause a lot of problems with plagiarism. CHAT GPT uses a wide pool of databases and websites to pool information. This can easily result in uncited information being used that doesn’t give credit to the original owner.

Scribbr. (2023, February 17). Where does ChatGPT get its information from? https://www.scribbr.com/frequently-asked-questions/chatgpt-information/https://www.scribbr.com/frequently-asked-questions/chatgpt-information/ (Used on 9/15)
-This source I used was for two reasons. One for general information about how CHAT GPT works, and two, for how the way it gets information can cause problems regarding plagiarism and biased answers. This article does a good job at showing that CHAT GPT does not get its answers from original thought, but from a variety of other sources.

Ask an expert: What are the ethical implications of ChatGPT? (2023, March 28). Cal Poly. https://www.calpoly.edu/news/ask-expert-what-are-ethical-implications-chatgpt (Used on 9/15)
This interview is where I got a variety of my social and ethical implications and problems found with chat GPT. My focus was the problems CHAT GPT can cause in these scenarios. It’s surprising even after reading this article as to what AI can really do and how much it will do in these setting in the future.

This video provided great insight to not only how CHAT GPT works, but how it was created and how it works. I used this article in my introduction as I wanted to introduce this technology very early in the paper as soon as I could. This video is a very easy to watch video that is made by a very reliable youtuber who does other videos on technology.

This scholarly article was found on ProQuest which is one of the most popular databases for reliable information on just about anything. This article went over how AI struggle to get information precisely which can cause problems for people who potentially abuse this technology in the future. This article provided great insight as an add on topic to discuss vaguely in the future use section of my paper.
