Since PC tablets and desktop computers are pretty much the same, security concerns are definitely something to consider. Hacking would still be a threat. Cyber threat and personal information getting stolen would also be a common problem. What exactly is identity theft? In his article, “Identity theft: A good name is more desirable than riches” Carr states, “Identity Theft is stealing the identity of another personal and using the stolen identity for an illegal purpose” (2011). Lots of personal information can get stolen through networking and through social networks like Facebook and Twitter. One of the most serious problems would be plain, old theft. Someone can just walk by and pick up a tablet without anyone noticing.
