This goal is to make sure that all children (boys and girls) get a primary school education by 2015. There are three indicators for success in this goal. The first indicator is the number of children entering first grade. The second indicator is the number of students completing 5 th grade. The third indicator is the level of literacy between 15 and 24 year olds in the population [8].
