Over the last two decades, technology has become a critical aspect of education(Heflin, Shewmaker & Nguyen, 2017). Computerswerethe first form of technology to be introduced in education and havebecome increasingly affordable for many schools. Many institutions established computer laboratories, while others required every student to possess their own laptop. The computers were used to complete assignments and consistently communicate with instructors. Currently, mobile computing tools and applications have been incorporated into the educational environment(Heflin, Shewmaker & Nguyen, 2017). Mobile computing is highly suitable for all types of learners, as it can be easily personalized to suit their different needs. Technology is a particularly invaluable asset inthe education sector. The paper seeks to discuss the impact of mobile computing and application in education.
