In conclusion, the economic turmoil that Ecuador has faced has set itself back from our worlds developed nations.  However, Ecuador seems to on the right track with President Correa but there is still a lot of work to be done, especially in health care.  By implementing an electronic system in hospitals and other health care services would be would be an efficient and affordable method for improving health care in Ecuador as they strive to get closer to current global trends around the world.
