Trained as a writing tutor for undergraduate, post-graduate, and ESL clients.
Tutored a professor of computer science on a grant proposal
Worked with GMU instructors as a Writing Fellow to develop and evaluate course assignments and related materials.
Developed skills for quick and accurate evaluation of written materials.
Strong background in critical and analytical thinking through analysis of philosophical and literary texts.
Promotes appreciation and comprehension of writing through involvement with the Undergraduate English Society by reading to children,
participating in GMU English talk-show discussions, and by distributing instructional materials related to English and writing.
