To Grandmother's House You Go
Rescued by the prince
The Prince rescues you from the tower, and you ride away from your prison. Once with the Prince, though, you realize that he was a lot more exciting while he was slaying the dragon.
You suffer through an agonizingly boring conversation before you are able to get a word in. Then you thank the Prince for saving you, but tell him that your "happily ever afters" would definitely not be together.
He offers to at least take you all the way to your grandmother's house on his horse. You try to decide whether walking all the way back to the house or listening to another minute of his rambling would be worse.
You decide that getting to your grandmother's house is the most important thing and agree to let him take you all the way. You decide that you can't stand staying another minute with him, thank him for saving you, and leave him.
