Patrick Szabo is a 24-year-old racecar driver and graduating senior at George Mason University.
He has raced cars in multiple series, including the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA),
the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) and the NASCAR All-American Series.
His racing experience stems from multiple racing schools, driving high-powered late model racecars.
Patrick has logged hundred of laps on feature NASCAR racetracks such as Martinsville Speedway, Bristol Motor Speedway,
Richmond International Raceway, Darlington Raceway, Motordrome Speedway, and South Boston Speedway.
He obtained his first racing license with SCCA in March of 2011 and has raced in the Mid Atlantic Road
Racing Series ever since. He has competed in Mazda Miatas in the ITA, SSM and SM classes at Summit Point Raceway in
West Virginia. Patrick also holds his racing license with NASA and has raced Mustangs in the Camaro Mustang Challenge at
Virginia International Raceway.
At the present time, he is retained by B&B Racing to drive the #17 Chevrolet for the 2014 NASCAR season.
Races in this series takes place primarily at South Boston Speedway in Southern Virginia.
Understanding what it truly means to be well-rounded and prepared for life in many ways, Patrick will be
attending the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law to study corporate and securities law this coming
fall.
