The sad reality is that approximately 5 million to 9 million companion animals are euthanized (60% of dogs and 70% of cats) every single year! I cross-post and share pictures of dogs (and cats) waiting on death row to be euthanized from shelters. I hope someone sees them and saves a precious life. Everybody please understand that almost all animals you will see are on death row and there is a very small window of time during which this animal can be rescued/adopted before it will be euthanized. Calling all Rescue Organizations, people who are not ready to adopt but would like to foster an animal and people who are not ready to adopt and/or foster but still would like to help saving animals (all you need is a vehicle and a bit gas and you can save a life) too! If you are licensed to pull from a shelter and have room sometimes please come over! No fake rescues please.
