It something most of us do on a daily a basis, especially after sitting in an unformatable chair for hour working on a project on the computer or waking up for a very deep sleep and giving ourselves a well deserved stretch.
This techique we do has been given the name knucking cracking or even joint cracking.
We typically would do this to almost all areas of our bodies consisting of our backs, our legs, our fingers and
even our own necks.
And in doing this, we would give our selves instance refelief from the headace of discomfort we were expereiencing.
