What You Need to Know
DigiFenders is a Defense Contractor company, a company which is partnered with the U.S. Government and many other defense organizations in the Washington D.C. area. We have many offices located around the world, including countries like Japan, India, Canada, and Europe. DigiFenders specializes in implementation of security in many forms of digital media, including mobile communications, desktop computers, telephone networks, and gaming devices, just to name a few. Overall, our efforts are directed towards making sure that every user and owner of a digital device is provided fair access to multiple networks without fear of being hacked, scammed, or being threatened in anyway.
DigiFenders was founded in 2008 by Maximus Albert Camary, a graduate student of George Mason University's Doctorate Program, in which he studied Information Security and Assurance. Originally, Camary was focused on maintaining safety across computer networks and platforms, but ever since digital technology like Apple's iPhone started to show significant amounts of development, and gaming devices like the Nintendo Wii and the Xbox 360 were improving their network capabilities, Camary expanded his focus to envelop mobile technologies and entertainment media, including television. He is currently working with professors of George Mason University's Cyber Security program, which was recently established in 2015, to improve security methods and analytics in major businesses across the United States, including retailers like Target and Home Depot, in order to prevent future security breaches and external cyber attacks.
Our mission is to "preserve a sense of security at your fingertips." DigiFenders believes that all computer users have a right to secure online browsing and mobile activity. We also believe that it is the responsibility of each user to protect each other and themselves over the multitude of networks they access each and every day. That is why we provide various information about Nettiquette and introduce many of our clients to security software and hardware resources so that they can increase the longevity of their usage of ever-evolving technologies in our day and age. Overall, we are confident that safe Internet use across all platforms will contribute to the improved security methods for the future, and, additionally, a growth in the number of information security professionals in our world.
